In response to a question about the solution to a topic related to para teachers, their presentation, community understanding, appointment policy and quality of life have been included. Respondents discussed these issues and gave various suggestions for improvement in such situations.

The role of para teachers in the pursuit of children

Overall, the members felt that the Para teachers have made positive changes in regard to making positive changes in the child's curriculum activities and for enrolling students, attending their class and promoting their memory. Where teachers are absent, they have a shortage or cases where students and teachers are very high, they are more effective. Para-teacher helps students learn by their style using activity based learning methods. As well as encourage students to work together equally, (when the Para Teacher is a woman), which really needs a strong need. For example, using Para teachers in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat has seen a significant increase in the enrollment of children, memory, and the achievement of the girls in school.

Various studies have found that the use of Para teachers leads to mixed results. To improve the poor performance of the Para Teachers, it is essential that large scale Para Teacher students have comprehensive exhibitions wide (regardless of their participation in the service). Other studies have shown that there is not a special difference between the achievements of teachers and teachers of Para teachers, while in other view it is very common for students of 1 to 3 standard students who had a large scale dropout rate. Respondents also noted that they were conscious of the study of Para Teachers in the context of the District Primary Education Program (DPEP), not the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA). In addition to presenting these studies, members have also talked about efforts of organizations working in Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh to improve the quality of education, as well as demonstrate the efforts of teachers appointed for the development of students' skills across India.

However, at the same time, the respondents argued that in the long run, the achievements of the students under para teachers would be only satisfactory or very weak, as the compensation paid to Para Teachers is very low and they are not given adequate training. Apart from the para teachers contractual agreement, they have no development in professional and career fields. In addition, they are appreciated by the community, but they only consider Para teacher as "temporary, not a true teacher", and thus they do not get enough respect. Based on these issues members felt that Para teachers are the best supporters for regular teachers, and they serve only like teachers who are trained properly, not like additional teachers.

Members speaking about the community attitude of the Para Teachers role show their seriousness, timeliness, enthusiasm, level of participation, etc. It is, in fact, a part of the community that is the main reason.
