Introduction: Academic and non-professional employees of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools of the state who have passed CCC/CCC+ examination of computer skills from 1/01/2014 to 30/06/2016 by a government recognized center. Date of Eligibility Instructions for sanction of higher pay scale are issued vide Circular No. (3) dated 16/05/2017 read by the Department. The resolution dated 16/09/20011 read against No. (4) extended the deadline for passing computer skill test till 31/12/2020 and during this extended period CCC/CCC+ examination of computer skill conducted by government recognized examination centers Employees who have passed will be eligible for higher pay scale from the date of eligibility for higher pay scale, while employees who have passed the examination after 31/12/2020 will be eligible for higher pay scale from the date on which they have passed the examination, subject to fulfillment of other conditions. came.
It has been decided to grant higher pay scale from the date of original eligibility to the State Government employees/officers even after 31/12/2020 by resolution against the read command(1) dated 24/09/222 of the General Administration Department. The application of the provisions of this resolution to the academic and non-academic employees of non-government secondary and higher secondary schools of the state was under the consideration of the Government.

After due consideration, the provisions of the resolution dated 24/09/20200 dated 24/09/20200 read by the General Administration Department are hereby allowed to apply to the academic and non-academic employees of the Government-aided Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools subject to the following conditions.

(1) Those who could not pass the computer skill test `Shishi-Sri Pariya' up to 31/12/20 for academics and non-professionals of non-official approved secondary and higher secondary schools, in their case, they have to pass from 01/01/2021 to .31/12/2024 who have passed CCC/CCC+T examination of computer skill through Government recognized examination centers and satisfy other conditions for higher pay scale will be eligible for higher pay scale from the date of their original eligibility for higher scale pay.
(2) In case of academic and non-academic employees of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools, CCC/CCC+ examination of computer skills through government recognized examination centers during the period from 01/01/2021 to 31/12/20-2024. passed/will pass and earlier the benefit of higher pay scale has been granted from the date of passing the examination, in such cases the date of eligibility for higher pay scale shall be changed and the higher pay scale shall be granted from the date of original eligibility of higher pay scale.
(3) Academic and non-academic employees of non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools after 31/12/2024 will be eligible for higher scale of pay from the date on which they pass the examination of CCC/CCC+ in computer skills, subject to fulfillment of other conditions. .
