Student Eligibility:
Students who are in the current academic year in class-8 in government primary schools, local body schools
(Zilla Panchayat/Mahanagarpalika Municipal School) and students studying in Granted Primary Schools can appear for N.M.M.S. General Category and O.B.C. Category student with at least 55% marks in class-7 Must have obtained equivalent grade. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) student should have obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in class-7.
Students of Private Schools (Private Schools/Self Finance Schools), Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and residential schools run by Central/State Government Institutions in which accommodation, meals and study facilities are provided will not be eligible to fill the application form in this examination.
Income Limit:
The annual income of the candidate's parent should not be more than 3,50,000 as determined for the NMMS examination. A certified copy of the parent's annual income must be attached with the student's application form. Example of an officer authorized by gov.
