Upcoming supplementary-2024 examination and office verification matter.




There fore to inform the Heads of all registered Secondary Schools in the State of Gujarat that as per the existing examination regulations the students who are absent in the March-2024 examination or have 'scope for improvement due to failure' in one, two or three subjects and wish to appear in the one, two or three subject examination. If so, such candidates can appear in the supplementary examination of the year-2024. The application forms for this supplementary examination have to be filled online from the board's website www.gseb.org. Applications and fees will be accepted by the school through online mode only. (Method of accepting applications in person is not in force.)




March-2024 Class 10 SSC Prepare a school-wise list of examinees absent in the examination or with 'scope for improvement' experienced in one, two or three subjects, which will be sent to that school with the March-2024 result. Among those sent to the schools, the consent of the examinee who wants to appear in the examination to appear in the supplementary examination must be signed in the (ONE, TWO OR THREE SUBJECT FAIL LIST) sent by the board and the necessary details and grounds must be kept in the office by the principal and the application for the supplementary examination must be filled online from the board's website www.gseb.org. The list sent to the school is for information only. The fee amount for the candidates for one subject is Rs. 145/-, for two subjects Rs. 205/- and for three subjects Rs. 265/- will be.




Special Note: The government has exempted female candidates and disabled candidates from paying the examination fee, so no examination fee is required from female candidates and disabled candidates. But online application (registration) is mandatory for supplementary examination-2024. Zero (0) Free Receipt to be maintained as basis of registration. It has to be presented before the board when required.




If for any reason a candidate has room for improvement in one, two or three subjects and is eligible to appear in the supplementary examination but his name is not in the list sent to the schools along with the result as well as in the online list, his mark sheet and S.R., along with the Annexure issued by the Principal- 4. It has to be sent in person to the Secondary Branch of the Board along with a copy of Annexure-A along with the necessary supporting documents and fee.




1. Differently Abled is written against the differently abled child in the S.R. for easy identification of normal students and physically/mentally challenged students. In which minimum 20% marks should be secured in each subject to get exemption. (16 out of 80 marks in Board Exam and 4 out of 20 marks in Internal Assessment)




2. Only one center of examination is kept for each district for supplementary examination. The list of supplementary examination centers is included in the annexure hereto.





3.In March-2024 Class 10th Examination in School Level Subjects with Theory and Practical Aspects If the examinees have 'scope for improvement' their Theory/Practical supplementary examination which is supplementary to that school




The examination has to be taken before and the details of the marks by the time of the completion of the supplementary examination to be conducted by the board to be sent to the Board. (Annexure-A)




Supplementary examination of the school subject has to be taken from the school level. The question paper of which will also have to be taken at the school level.




Marks Obtained in Sample 'A' of the Board in Gandhinagar (Secondary Branch) of the Board in person with letter from the school It has to be sent to the branch.




5. Schedule of supplementary examination, admit card and question paper timings will be placed on the website of the Board and The date, time and subject of the examination will be mentioned in the admit card received by the candidates.




6. Individual candidates and candidates who have not appeared in the March-2024 examination for the next 2024 supplementary Can't appear in the exam.




(B) Candidates have been given examination in any subject/subjects out of 6 (six) subjects by the Board in that subject.

PSE EXAM RESULTS 


1) Only the candidates registered in the main examination of that year in the month of March of class-12 science stream will be eligible for the supplementary examination.


2) Candidates who failed in the main examination conducted in the month of March of class-12 science stream can appear in the supplementary examination of the subject in which they failed including the practical subject. Failed candidates can improve their results by appearing in the examination of all the passed theoretical subjects/subjects if they wish.


3) Passed the main examination held in the month of March of class-12 science stream. A candidate can improve the result by appearing in supplementary examination of theoretical subject/subjects.


4) Candidates who have passed the main examination of March will not be conducted supplementary examination of practical subject.


5) REPEATER candidates registered in that subject in the main examination of March will be able to give supplementary examination of the same subject/subjects.


6) Among the subjects of Chemistry Practical (053), Physics Practical (055) and Biology Practical (057) of Class-12 Science Stream, the candidate who failed/absent in that practical subject will be conducted the supplementary examination of that subject. Supplementary examination of the practical subject in which the candidate has passed will not be conducted.


7) The result of the candidate who is absent in that subject in the main examination will be considered according to the marks obtained in the supplementary examination.


8) In the supplementary examination, the result of the candidate who is absent in that subject will be considered according to the marks obtained in the main examination of March month.

After the instructions of the board, the school has to carry out the process of filling the application forms regarding the supplementary examination accurately within the stipulated time.

               Reverting to the above subject and reference, the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Certificate Examination Regulation, Regulation No. 16(1) of 2005 has been amended as per Resolution No. 12/10/2023 of the Education Department: Mashab/1210/1799/6 is As per the amendment made under the above Regulation, the necessary detailed rules regarding the supplementary examination have been prepared by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar. which is included with this. Which will be effective from March-2024 exam. Regarding this, you are asked to inform the higher secondary schools of the science stream under your control.




                   It should be further stated that the application forms for the supplementary examination have to be filled online by the concerned school within 07 (seven) days from the board's website www.gseb.org as published by the board in the press release. Supplementary examination fee which will be as per main examination in March of that year. Subject wise fee for one to three subjects and full examination fee for more than three subjects has to be paid. Guidance can be obtained from the board's helpline numbers: 18002335500, 079-232-20538 and 7567918968 regarding the supplementary examination.




                  The Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary Examination shall be held once a year in the month of March at such centers as the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education may determine from time to time. Normally such designated centers will be notified to the schools for the examination to be held in the month of March before January 1 of that year. who appeared in the Secondary and Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination held in the month of March of that year,



                  Candidates of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Science stream) will get an opportunity to improve their results by appearing in the supplementary examination conducted by the board in the month of July for all subjects. The result of both the results i.e. March and June/July which is the best (Best of Two Exams) has to be accepted.



                 A candidate who secures below 'D' grade in two subjects in the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (General Stream) will have an opportunity to improve the result by appearing in the supplementary examination conducted by the Board in the month of June/July.

              The press release of Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar states that the result of Secondary School Certificate Examination Class-10 (SSC) and Sanskrit Prathama Examination held in March-2024 is available on Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board website www.gseb.org will be announced on Date: 11/05/2024 at 08:00 AM



Students can get their result by filling the seat number of the exam. Students can also get their result by sending their seat number on WhatsApp number 6357300971. Students Mark Sheet and S.R. Detailed instructions on sending copies to schools will be given later. 




               After the examination, the notices of evaluation and office verification will be placed on the website of the board. Application for evaluation has to be done online. After the result, the name correction proposal has to be made in the prescribed format. 1. (1) These rules may be called the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2019.


(2) They shall extend to whole of the State of Gujarat.


(3) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. ;


2. In the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2012, in Rule 24, after clause (g), the following clauses shall be added, namely: -


"(h) There shall be an annual examination in the fifth class and in the eighth class at the end of every academic year, which shall be conducted as a part of other examinations being conducted in the school during the academic year.


(i) If a child fails in the annual examination referred to in clause (h), he shall be given additional instructions and granted opportunity for re-examination within a period of two months from the date of declaration of the result of such annual examination.


(1) If a child fails in the re-examination as specified in clause


(i), the school has to detain that child in fifth class or eighth class as the case may be. If the child such detained seeks admission in another school, he should be enrolled in the same standard in which he has been detained earlier, irrespective of his age.


(k) Any child who is enrolled in primary school, shall not be held back until he completes the hacir elementary

બ્રિટિશકાળના IPC-CrPC બનશે ભૂતકાળ, હવે ‘ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા’નો સમય: 1 જુલાઈથી નવા ત્રણ ફોજદારી કાયદાઓ લાગુ- ગૃહ મંત્રાલયનું નોટિફિકેશન જાહેર.







નિષ્ણાંતોના મતે આ ત્રણ કાયદા આતંકવાદ, લિંચિંગ અને રાષ્ટ્રીય સુરક્ષાને જોખમમાં મૂકતાં ગુનાઓ માટે સજાને વધુમાં વધુ સખત બનાવશે. જ્યારે ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતામાં 20 નવા ગુનાઓ જોડવામાં આવ્યા છે. IPCની 19 જોગવાઈઓને કાઢી નાખવામાં આવી છે. સાથે 33 ગુનાઓમાં જેલની સજા વધારી દેવામાં આવી છે.




નવા કાયદાના મહત્વના મુદ્દા:


1). ભારતીય ન્યાયિક સંહિતા, 2023: ભારતીય દંડ સંહિતા, 1860નું સ્થાન લેશે. રાજદ્રોહ દૂર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે પરંતુ અલગતાવાદ, વિદ્રોહ અને ભારતની સાર્વભૌમત્વ, એકતા અને અખંડિતતા વિરુદ્ધ કામ કરનાર વ્યક્તિઓને સજા કરવા માટે નવી જોગવાઈ દાખલ કરવામાં આવી છે. સગીરો પર ગેંગ રેપ અને મોબ લિંચિંગ માટે મૃત્યુદંડની જોગવાઈ છે.


2). ભારતીય નાગરિક સંરક્ષણ સંહિતા, 2023: તે CrPC, 1973નું સ્થાન લેશે. જેમાં કેસોની તપાસ, સુનાવણી અને ચર્ચા પૂર્ણ થયાના 30 દિવસમાં નિર્ધારિત સમયમાં નિર્ણય આપવાની જોગવાઈ છે. જાતીય સતામણી પીડિતાના નિવેદનોનું વીડિયો રેકોર્ડિંગ ફરજિયાત કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ સાથે ગુનામાં સંડોવાયેલા જણાયા બાદ મિલકત જપ્ત કરવાની નવી જોગવાઈ ઉમેરવામાં આવી છે.


3). ભારતીય પુરાવા અધિનિયમ, 2023: આ કાયદો ભારતીય પુરાવા અધિનિયમ, 1872નું સ્થાન લેશે. કોર્ટમાં રજૂ કરાયેલ અને સ્વીકાર્ય પુરાવાઓમાં ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક અથવા ડિજિટલ રેકોર્ડ્સ, ઇમેઇલ્સ, સર્વર લોગ્સ, કમ્પ્યુટર્સ, સ્માર્ટફોન, લેપટોપ, SMS, વેબસાઇટ્સ, સ્થાનિક પુરાવા, મેઇલ, ઉપકરણોમાંથી સંદેશાઓનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. કેસ ડાયરી, એફઆઈઆર, ચાર્જશીટ અને ચુકાદા સહિત તમામ રેકોર્ડ ડિજીટલ કરવામાં આવશે. ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક અથવા ડિજિટલ રેકોર્ડ્સમાં પેપર રેકોર્ડ્સ જેવી જ કાનૂની અસર, માન્યતા અને અમલીકરણ હોવું જોઈએ.





બ્રિટિશકાળથી ચાલ્યા આવતા IPC-CrPC કાયદાઓ હવે થોડા સમય માટે જ અમલમાં રહેશે. તેના સ્થાને તાજેતરમાં સંસદે પસાર કરેલા નવા ત્રણ ફોજદારી કાયદાઓ લાગુ થશે. સરકારે શનિવારે (24 ફેબ્રુઆરી) નોટિફિકેશન બહાર પાડીને જણાવ્યું કે, ભારતીય દંડ સંહિતા (IPC), ક્રિમિનલ પ્રોસીજર કોડ અને એવિડન્સ એક્ટના સ્થાને ત્રણ નવા ફોજદારી કાયદાઓ 1 જુલાઈથી લાગુ કરવામાં આવશે. નવા લાગુ કરવામાં આવનાર કાયદાઓ, ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા, ભારતીય નાગરિક સુરક્ષા સંહિતા અને ભારતીય સાક્ષ્ય અધિનિયમ-2023, જૂના કાયદાઓ ઈન્ડિયન પીનલ કોડ-1860, કોડ ઑફ ક્રિમિનલ પ્રોસિજર (CrPC)-1973 અને ઇન્ડિયન એવિડન્સ એક્ટ-1872ના સ્થાને લાગુ કરવામાં આવનાર છે.




1 જુલાઈથી દેશભરમાં IPC-CrPC કાયદાને બદલે હવે નવા ત્રણ કાયદાઓ લાગુ કરવામાં આવશે. આ નવા કાયદાઓનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય આતંકવાદની સ્પષ્ટ પરિભાષા આપવાનો, રાજદ્રોહને ગુના તરીકે નાબૂદ કરીને અને અન્ય કેટલાક ફેરફારો સાથે રાજ્ય વિરુદ્ધ અપરાધ તરીકે ઓળખાતી નવી કલમ દાખલ કરીને બ્રિટિશકાળના કાયદાને સંપૂર્ણપણે બદલીને નવા નિયમો લાગુ કરવાનો છે. સાથે ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતાની કલમ 106(2) હાલ લાગુ કરવામાં આવી નથી. આ કલમ હિટ એન્ડ રનને લગતી છે. જેને હાલ પૂરતી સ્થગિત રાખવામાં આવી છે.




ગૃહ મંત્રાલયના નોટિફિકેશનમાં જણાવવામાં આવ્યું કે, ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા- 2023ની કલમ 1ની પેટાકલમ (2)માં ઉલ્લેખિત અધિકારોનો ઉપયોગ કરતાં કેન્દ્ર સરકાર સદર સંહિતાના અમલીકરણ માટે 1 જુલાઈ, 2024ની તારીખ નક્કી કરે છે. જેમાં ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા, 2023ની કલમ 106(2) સિવાયની તમામ જોગવાઈઓ લાગુ કરવામાં આવશે.







ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતાની કલમ 106(2)માં જોગવાઈ કરવામાં આવી છે કે, બેદરકારીપૂર્વક ડ્રાઇવિંગના કારણે જો કોઇ વ્યક્તિ મૃત્યુ પામે અને ડ્રાઇવર અકસ્માત થયા બાદ તેની જાણ પોલીસ અધિકારીને કે મૅજિસ્ટ્રેટને કર્યા વગર સ્થળ પરથી ભાગી છૂટે તો તેને 10 વર્ષ સુધીની સજા અને દંડ પણ થઈ શકે છે. નોંધવું જોઈએ કે આ જ કલમ સામે ટ્રક ડ્રાઇવરોએ દેશવ્યાપી હડતાળ પાડી હતી. ત્યારબાદ સરકારે તે હાલ લાગુ ન કરવાનું આશ્વાસન આપ્યું હતું.




શું થશે ફેરફારો?

નિષ્ણાંતોના મતે, આ ત્રણ કાયદા આતંકવાદ, લિન્ચિંગ અને રાષ્ટ્રીય સુરક્ષાને જોખમમાં મૂકતા ગુનાઓ માટે સજાને વધુમાં વધુ સખત બનાવશે. જ્યારે ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતામાં 20 નવા ગુનાઓ જોડવામાં આવ્યા છે. IPCમાં હતી એવી 19 જોગવાઈઓને કાઢી નાખવામાં આવી છે. સાથે 33 ગુનાઓમાં જેલની સજા વધારી દેવામાં આવી છે. 83 જોગવાઈઓમાં દંડની સજામાં વધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે, જ્યારે 23 ગુનાઓમાં ફરજિયાત લઘુત્તમ સજાની રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવી છે અને 6 ગુનાઓમાં ‘કોમ્યુનિટી સર્વિસ’ની સજા રજૂ કરવામાં આવી છે.




ભારતીય નાગરિક સંહિતા, 2023 એ CrPC-1973ના સ્થાને લાગુ થશે. સમયબદ્ધ તપાસ, સુનાવણી અને દલીલો પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ 30 દિવસની અંદર નિર્ણય લેવાની જોગવાઈઓ આ કાયદા હેઠળ છે. સાથે જ ભારતીય સાક્ષ્ય અધિનિયમ-2023માં પણ અનેકો ફેરફારો કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. તેમાં કોર્ટમાં રજૂ કરાયેલ અને સ્વીકાર્ય પુરાવાઓમાં ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક અથવા ડિજિટલ રેકોર્ડ્સ, ઇમેઇલ્સ, સર્વર લોગ્સ, કમ્પ્યુટર્સ, સ્માર્ટફોન્સ, લેપટોપ, SMS, વેબસાઇટ્સ, સ્થાનીય પુરાવા, ઇ-મેઇલ, ઉપકરણો પરના સંદેશાઓ સામેલ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.




નોંધનીય છે કે, IPCની જગ્યાએ લાગુ કરવામાં આવનાર, BNSમાં(ભારતીય ન્યાય સંહિતા) બદલાતા સમયને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને ફોજદારી કાયદાના મુખ્ય પાસાઓમાં સુધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. તે એવા કાયદાઓને પ્રાધાન્ય આપે છે જે મહિલાઓ અને બાળકોનું રક્ષણ કરે છે, હત્યારાઓને સજા કરે છે અને રાજ્યને નુકસાન પહોંચાડનારાઓને અટકાવે છે. BNSમાં સંગઠિત અપરાધ, આતંકવાદી કૃત્યો, મોબ લિંચિંગ, હિટ એન્ડ રન, મહિલાનું જાતીય શોષણ, ભારતની બહાર ઉશ્કેરણી, ભારતની સાર્વભૌમત્વ, અખંડિતતા અને એકતાને જોખમમાં મૂકતાં કૃત્યો જેવા 20 નવા ગુનાઓ ઉમેરવામાં આવ્યા છે.

આ ત્રણ કાયદા માટેના બિલો પહેલીવાર ઓગસ્ટ 2023માં સંસદના ચોમાસુ સત્ર દરમિયાન રજૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. રાષ્ટ્રપતિ દ્રૌપદી મુર્મુએ ગયા ડિસેમ્બરમાં તેમને સંમતિ આપી હતી. ગૃહ બાબતોની સ્થાયી સમિતિએ ઘણી ભલામણો કર્યા પછી શિયાળુ સત્રમાં ફરીથી તૈયાર કરેલ સંસ્કરણો રજૂ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા. કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહમંત્રી અમિત શાહે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આ બિલનો મુસદ્દો વ્યાપક વિચાર-વિમર્શ પછી તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ નવા ફોજદારી કાયદાઓ લાગુ થયા બાદ દાયકાઓથી જે ગુનાઓની કલમો ચાલતી આવી છે તેના ક્રમ પણ બદલાય જશે.

 1). Indian Judiciary Code, 2023: Will replace the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Sedition has been removed but a new provision has been introduced to punish separatism, sedition and persons who act against the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India. Gang rape of minors and mob lynching are punishable by death.

 2). Indian Civil Protection Code, 2023: It will replace CrPC, 1973. In which there is a provision to give decision within 30 days of completion of investigation, hearing and discussion of the cases. Video recording of statements of sexual harassment victims has been made mandatory. Along with this, a new provision has been added to confiscate property after being found involved in crime.

 3). Indian Evidence Act, 2023: This Act will replace the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. Evidence presented and admissible in court includes electronic or digital records, emails, server logs, messages from computers, smartphones, laptops, SMS, websites, local evidence, mail, devices. All records including case diaries, FIRs, chargesheets and judgments will be digitized. Electronic or digital records shall have the same legal effect, validity and enforceability as paper records.

After allotment of admission, parents will be allotted four-five days to confirm admission. After completion of this period the details of vacant seats of RTE in the state will be collected. After that, the second round is likely to be announced for the vacant seats.





The details of the children given on the Pre-enrollment Survey webpage in the CTS Login of the schools must be verified from the school level and the details of the eligible children from the list have to be updated on the portal.




If a child has shifted from the address registered in the database, the details of his new location have to be obtained from the local level and updated on the portal.




In case the correct village/urban area addresses are not available in the records of the child in the database, such records will be displayed in the CTS portal at the Block MIS level and ensure that the children are enrolled in the applicable school through teamwork from the Block MIS level.




Detailed guidelines in this regard are enclosed here with. Information in the above database may not include all children eligible for nomination. Therefore, in addition to the information sent on the portal by the office here, the pre-enrollment survey by every school should be effective this year (house-to-house and door-to-door) so that no child is deprived of enrollment and admission, please consider the following suggestions.



Preparation of nomination and list of eligible children by obtaining support of Sarpanchshri, village senior leaders, Panchayat members, SMC members, Yuvak Mandal, NGO, Asha worker, ANM/FHW, Anganwadi worker, etc.




With the cooperation of primary school children living in different streets/neighborhoods and aware parents Nomination and preparation of list identifying eligible children.




For tracking of children of migrant workers farmers in whose farm they live and daily Cheap food grains/grocery shops from which to shop for necessities of life Taking such accessible children can be done with the help of owners etc.



The survey to prepare the list of eligible children must be completed before 30/04/2023 and Necessary notice should be given to the concerned from your level regarding this.

Returning to the above topic and context, recently cases of cardiac arrest and heart attack among young children and youth are increasing across the state. The state government is sensitive about such frequent incidents. The state government is committed to prevent the occurrence of cardiac arrest and heart attack. Pursuant to which on 22/11/2023 Hon. Under the chairmanship of the Minister of Education, INDIAN SOCIETY OF ANAESTHESIOLOGIST- GUJARAT has organized a video conference to organize CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) training for the students of government primary schools across the state in the presence of deans and doctors of 37 medical colleges of the state. The following arrangements have been made so that maximum number of primary school teachers across the state can receive this training.

In order to benefit maximum number of teachers working in your district during the said training, the following suggestions have to be taken into consideration.




• If 300 teachers are to be trained in 1 batch, 300 teachers from 1 taluk should be planned accordingly.




If the number of teachers in any 1 taluka is less than 300, then a batch has to be formed by including the teachers of the nearest taluka.




• CPR training means respect. The instructions given in the video conference organized under the chairmanship of the Minister have to be taken into consideration.




• A list of the batchwise teachers who have benefited from the training in the said training should be made and the list should be sent to the doctor of the concerned district medical college as per the attached list.




• Districts which do not have medical college should not plan in the first phase from 03/12/2023 but should plan in the subsequent phase in consultation with their nearest district medical college doctor.




• The district primary education officer, district education officer and administration officer in coordination with the doctor of the concerned medical college will have to plan accordingly when the teachers of that district reach the training venue as per the allotted time batch wise.
